It is with great pleasure that we would like to announce that the Velvet brand has received the prestigious title of SUPERBRANDS 2018 and the title of SUPERBRANDS POLSKA BRAND 2018 in the 12. edition of the annual plebiscite selecting the noblest brands which gained success in the market! The recognition used to be granted by advertising experts. This year, for the first time, the assessment has been made exclusively by consumers presenting their opinion in the biggest independent brand survey in Poland carried out by the institute ARC Rynek i Opinia.
In this year’s edition of Superbrands, more than 10,000 people have been asked to express their opinion and nearly 2,000 brands from various categories have been subjected to their assessment! The key factor determining the awarding of distinctions was the brand strength index, based on the difference between the result of recommending and rebirth of a given brand. The Superbrands titles were awarded to brands that were in the forefront in each category. The title of Superbrands Polska Marka was awarded to the highest rated brands with the Polish pedigree.
What makes us even more proud is the fact that the Velvet brand was also on the 20th position in the SUPERBRANDS TOP 20 ranking, that is in the ranking of brands which – considering the size of categories – obtained the highest overall marks in the survey! The Velvet brand appeared in the honorable group of such top brands as Rossmann, Biedronka, Wedel, Lego, Lipton, Tymbark, and even Google, Allegro and Facebook!
The results of the plebiscite show how much trust Poles have in the Velvet brand, and at the same time they confirm the high level maintained by Velvet CARE on the market. We are very pleased that the Velvet brand is considered to be a reliable brand by consumers, valued for quality and standards and worth choosing and recommending!
