In April 2024, we joined the ranks of Polish signatories of the Diversity Charter.
This initiative, supported by the European Commission, aims to promote diversity, equality, and inclusivity in the workplace across the European Union. Currently, there are over 340 signatories in our country. The Diversity Charter in Poland is coordinated by the Responsible Business Forum.
This decision highlights our commitment to creating an open and friendly environment for all employees, regardless of their background, age, or gender. Joining the Diversity Charter is not only a confirmation of Velvet CARE’s existing efforts towards Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI) but also a step towards further development and the exchange of experiences with other signatories. Diversity is key to building a strong and cohesive team, and now, as part of a larger initiative, we have even greater opportunities to develop these values.
